Yes. Every game uses fictional Play Credits. There are no purchases, deposits, paid upgrades, cash prizes or prizes of value. This is a social casino for entertainment, for adults aged 18+ in the United Kingdom.
Can I play without an account?+
You can play Sapphire Rush, Mushroom Kingdom and Coastal Observatory as a guest. Confirm your UK and adult eligibility and accept the Terms. Your visit starts with 100,000 temporary Play Credits shared across the three games.
What is the difference between Preview and Play?+
Preview is an animated demonstration available for every game. It uses no balance and does not create a real game round. Play opens the actual game: choose a listed play level, spin, and see the result reflected in your fictional-credit balance.
What does an account save?+
A free account opens all 70 games and saves its own balance, favourites, game activity and preferences. Each new account starts with a separate, one-time 100,000 Play Credits. Your guest balance does not transfer.
How long does a guest visit last?+
Up to two hours. Its balance disappears when you end the visit, the visit expires or the service restarts. Guest play is temporary by design. Create an account if you want a balance that remains available on a later visit.
Can I buy, withdraw or exchange credits?+
No. Play Credits have no monetary value. They cannot be purchased, transferred, sold or redeemed for money, goods or services. No game awards cash or prizes of value.
What happens if my connection drops during a spin?+
Return to the same game. If Retry is offered, it recovers the recorded round instead of charging a second time. Complete any pending bonus choice before starting another round. The interrupted-rounds guide explains this in more detail.
How can I take a break?+
Close the game or end a guest visit whenever you like. Account players can set session reminders and choose an account break in Player Care. A confirmed account break cannot be shortened. Social play should fit comfortably around the rest of your day.
